Tenured, Tenure-Track, and Clinical-Track Positions
The Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing is committed to attracting diverse world-class faculty to advance the School’s mission to educate visionary nurse leaders and scholars, generate and apply knowledge, and transform nursing, health, and systems of health care within the local and global community. We are seeking applications for tenured, tenure-track, and clinical positions. We invite inquiries from doctorally-prepared scholars with diverse research, teaching, leadership, and clinical expertise, particularly with areas of specialization in (but not limited to): Health Informatics and/or Data Science including mHealth, eHealth; Clinical Nursing Research (i.e. Diabetes Care, Oncology, Cardiovascular, Renal, Brain Health, Symptom Science); Omics and Nursing Science; Social Determinants of Health.
As an integral part of the Robert W. Woodruff Health Sciences Center of Emory University, the School of Nursing maintains and seeks to extend research leadership and collaborative relationships with Emory’s strong interdisciplinary initiatives in:Cardiovascular Health, Data Science, Omics and Genetics/Genomics, Neuroscience, and Palliative Care. The School provides many other interdisciplinary collaborative opportunities, including with colleagues in Emory’s Rollins School of Public Health, Emory’s College of Arts and Sciences, Georgia Institute of Technology, Georgia State University, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Appointments may be made at the ranks of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor, commensurate with experience.
Candidates for consideration as Associate Professor or Professor should have an excellent record of research/scholarship as demonstrated by history of sustained grant funding and/or demonstrated excellence in teaching.
