This clinical position is for a full time 1.0FTE faculty PHYSICIAN position in Emory Student Health - Emory Campus Life. This position will involve outpatient care of Emory students and faculty on the Emory University Campus.
The duties of an Emory University Student Health Services (EUSHS) Staff Physician will include but will not be limited to:
Position Requirements: MD or DO from an accredited medical or osteopathic medical school; completion of an accredited residency program and board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Med-Peds; three (3) years of post-residency experience in practicing medicine in an ambulatory care environment or emergency room.
Superior communication, interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and departments in a complex and vibrant university and academic healthcare setting; and competency in the use of electronic health records. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a college health setting.
