The Emory + Children's Pediatric Institute, Division of Pediatric Infectious Disease is seeking a candidate to join our faculty. The faculty member will collaboratively contribute to the operation and expansion of our successful pediatric infectious disease clinical research endeavors, with a focus on research conducted through our NIH-funded Vaccines and Treatment Evaluation Unit (VTEU). This position would provide opportunities for development and growth with a focus on clinical research. In addition, the faculty member will contribute to the clinical, research, and teaching missions of the Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases, Department of Pediatrics, and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta with coverage of the inpatient and outpatient clinical services and participation in student, resident, and fellow education.
Qualified candidates must have an MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent and must be board eligible/ board certified in pediatric infectious disease. Salary and professional level of appointment will be commensurate with experience. Junior or mid-career candidates will be favored. Projected start date is July 2020.
