  • Description

    The Lowance Center for Human Immunology in the Division of Rheumatology at Emory University is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Professor. The candidate will possess a PhD or equivalent degree and documented postdoctoral training in Immunology or related basic science. She/he will have high-quality publications in these areas and will perform bench research in areas of relevance to human immunological diseases, preferentially autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Multiple collaborative opportunities exist within the Lowance Center as well as with the Emory Vaccine Center, the Transplant Center, the Pediatrics Center for Transplantation and Autoimmune Diseases, the Department of Microbiology and Immunology, the Winship Cancer Center, the Yerkes Primate Center and other departments and centers. The Lowance Center also has close interactions with the combined Georgia Tech-Emory Biomedical Engineering Department.
