Job Description: Emory University School of Medicine’s Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences, Division of Abdominal Imaging seeks a fellowship-trained abdominal radiologist. Divisional duties may include CT, ultrasound, MR, fluoroscopy, urography, and image-guided interventional procedures. Areas of specific clinical and research interest can be in any area within the scope of abdominal imaging. The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to clinical, teaching and research excellence. Appointment may be at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor level depending on experience.
State-of-the-art clinical equipment are present across the enterprise. Extensive research facilities including dedicated research magnets are available. In addition, there are strong intra- and interdepartmental clinical and research collaborations already in place. The department has a strong commitment to faculty development and academic advancement. Atlanta is a highly desirable, growing metropolitan area with many attractions and a favorable climate.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must be ABR Board-certified/eligible, subspecialty certified or eligible, completed an abdominal fellowship at an accredited program, and eligible to obtain an unrestricted Georgia medical license. Faculty rank will be commensurate with experience and accomplishments.
