The Division of Pediatric Endocrinology at Emory University School of Medicine and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta are seeking one pediatric endocrinologist at the assistant or associate professor level. This position is an exciting opportunity for faculty who value variety and scheduling flexibility in their efforts to guide families in a team-based approach to managing endocrine conditions and diabetes. Unique opportunities for clinical and research projects are supported by the Children’s Diabetes Center, a consortium of academic and private institutions that brings the care of more than 3,500 children with diabetes into one organization. Emory and Children’s offer premier clinical and laboratory resources with start-up funds for clinician scientists that are commensurate with the applicant’s experience and accomplishments.

Research areas of current interest to our faculty include:


  • Prevention and novel treatments of Type 1 diabetes
  • Transitions of care throughout the pediatric care spectrum
  • Application of new technology to improve care at home and in the office At Children’s, more than 270 Emory University

School of Medicine faculty members cover more than 22 specialties. Our staff is involved with pediatric clinical care, teaching, research and child advocacy efforts, treating patients at a variety of clinics and hospitals throughout Atlanta.
