The Emory Autism Center (EAC) invites applications for a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in the Emory University School of Medicine beginning July 1, 2026. The position is available for one-year with the possibility of renewal for a second year. This position will include training opportunities within the Emory Oaks program. Emory Oaks is a college autism support program designed for autistic students seeking their degree at Emory University. The Fellow will be tasked with providing Support Navigation services for Emory Oaks participants; Support Navigation refers to individualized coaching, mentoring, advising, and connecting, all conducted within a neurodiversity affirming framework. In addition to Support Navigation services, the Fellow may also be involved in social and group programming, Research and Evaluation, and other related aspects of Emory Oaks.
There will be additional opportunities within the EAC Transition Services program (i.e., Quest) and School Based Consultation and Training (i.e., Monarch); likewise, there will be potential collaborations and opportunities with other programs and services at EAC that work with autistic adults. The Fellow will receive outstanding training in supports and services for transition-age autistic individuals and their families, as well as school based consultation and training, and an array of related skills. The Fellow will receive clinical supervision from experts in the field of autism and the Fellow will be able to accrue supervised work hours towards professional licensure in Psychology if desired.

NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs. Schedule is based on agreed upon guidelines of department. This role requires residency in the state of GA. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
