Rollins School of Public Health is recruiting a Full Professor of Practice to serve as the Director of Food Fortification Initiative that is housed in the Hubert Department of Global Health. The candidate should have experience working with a range of stakeholders that include both the public and private sector especially the food industry that is engaged in fortifying staples with critical micronutrients such as iron and folic acid. This person will play a central role in identifying and working with partners both for raising funds to support the communication and advocacy activities of FFI, convene high level meetings with donors and policy makers, and oversee technical staff who support in-country programs in collaboration with local governments that implement food fortification. These include and are not limited to conducting training activities, developing policy briefs as well as review, generate and disseminate evidence based guidance documents that are needed to promote food fortification as a strategy to improve health and development globally.
