Full Time Academic Consultation-Liaison Psychiatrist
Location: Emory Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences (Grady Hospital)
The attending physician would be full-time on the psychiatric consultation-liaison (CL) team at Grady This team is multidisciplinary and includes residents andstudents who evaluate medically ill patients with psychiatric comorbidity under the direction of Dr. Ann Schwartz, Director of the Grady CL Service. The attendingwould be responsible for evaluating patients with others on the team as well as alone, teaching residents and students, conducting quality assessments of theservice, and attending required Grady and Emory administrative meetings. There are opportunities for research. The position is in the Emory Department ofPsychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and thus, will include all benefits for Emory faculty members.
