Description

The Emory University Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences is seeking a full-time Nuclear Medicine Physician-Scientist with excellent clinical skills and the ability to engage in translational molecular imaging at our new facility which includes a state-of the art cyclotron, CGMP radiopharmacy, dedicated research PET-CT and 7T MR. The ideal candidate will have interest and experience in collaborating on and/or leading research projects and clinical trials, regulatory proficiency as well as a track record of grant funding and publications.  

 

The Division of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging provides state-of-the-art clinical services and research in a vibrant and growing academic and clinical environment including theranostics and PET-MR. The successful candidate will have experience in general nuclear medicine, oncologic PET, cardiac imaging (SPECT and Rb-82 PET), nuclear medicine therapeutics, and an interest in teaching at a setting with single and dual certification programs in nuclear medicine and diagnostic radiology.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must have at least one and preferably both ABR and ABNM Board-certifications and be eligible to obtain an unrestricted Georgia medical license. Faculty rank will be commensurate with experience and accomplishments.
